Every job will follow the same documented chain of custody — built in from day one, no shortcuts regardless of job size.

Submit a quote request with your device count and location. We'll confirm a date within 1 business day.

We arrive with sealed, tamper-evident containers. Your devices will never leave our custody untracked from this point forward.

Every device will be logged by serial number, make, and model. You'll receive an itemized manifest before any work begins.

NIST SP 800-88 certified wiping or physical destruction — matched to your service selection and each device type.

Every wipe will be verified with a pass/fail result per drive. Destroyed drives are confirmed visually unrecoverable.

You'll receive your Certificate of Destruction or Wipe Report within 24 hrs of completion. Records kept for 7 years.

Remaining materials are responsibly recycled. Devices authorized for resale are processed separately with your approval.

All sanitization will be aligned with NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1 — the standard recognized by HIPAA, GLBA, and most enterprise audit frameworks.

Sealed containers, signed transfer logs, and restricted access at every step. Every job will be documented from pickup to certificate delivery.

Our process tracks device identifiers only — serial numbers, makes, and models. Client data is never accessed, copied, or viewed at any point.

CoulSource is insured. A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request for your procurement or legal team before any job begins.

Certificates and audit logs will be retained for 7 years — available for compliance audits, litigation holds, or record requests anytime.
